The owners have lived in this 3-level home for over 20 years. The couple loves to cook together, they wanted to expand the kitchen to embrace their passion. In addition, they decided to add an elevator to enable future aging in place. The result was an expansion in the front of the home to accommodate the elevator, enlarged foyer, and new staircase. This allowed us to update the style to integrate the new spaces into the façade. The addition in the rear created space for the large kitchen island on the first floor and spa-like master bath on the second floor.
